Verena Vogler is an architect working in both research and practice. She received her doctorate of engineering summa cum laude from the Chair of Computer Science in Architecture at the Bauhaus-University Weimar. In her dissertation, she developed a new Framework for Artificial Coral Reef Design with a focus on integrating computational modelling and high-precision monitoring strategies for ecosystem regeneration. In the past, she has worked as an architect for AEC practices in Chile, Switzerland, and Spain. She is now responsible for technological research and development (R&D) activities at McNeel Europe in Horizon 2020 projects funded by the European Commission.
